Refunds & Exchanges


Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

As we use a third party dropshipper to create and ship your t-shirt, we will only refund or exchange items if they are defective or damaged and not if they are the incorrect size or if you decide you don’t like the product.

To get your your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

As shipping will cost us both, please send photos of your defective item so we can contact the manufacturer for a replacement or refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you want a replacement item of the same product please let us know and we will order you a replacement instead of the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

We will refund you for your defective item shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
