Carrie Charlton, personal trainer and pre/post-natal fitness instructor of Pinnacle Fitness, required a website and booking system that worked for course style scheduled classes (example: 1 registration for 6 classes). She had seen ads for the WixFit and suggested this platform when we set down to create her website.
Wix was not my favourite website CMS platform of choice in terms of customization but after looking at the documentation and demo, the booking functionality was just what she needed. The course style booking option is actually very difficult to find in other booking platforms. Even EventBrite can’t do this… unless they have recently added this feature!
Wix also has a customer service portal where you get notifications of any client communications, ability to sign waivers and a fitness booking app. If you pay a bit more you can make it look like your own app. I also trained her to set up the classes herself and edit the website. I always love being able to learn and work with new tools and platforms to add to my existing offerings to clients.
Before the website development, I redesigned Carrie’s brand with an emphasis on bright colours and sporty fonts. Fitness photography was done by Paula Owen.
